Replacement
If you want to have the product replaced, follow the instructions below:
- Click the button REPORT REPLACEMENT
- Next, you should print your replacement confirmation and put it into the package returned. A courier will come to take the package in 48 hours after your report, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
The replaced product shall be delivered in 3 to 5 working days.
You have 30 days to decide about replacement of the products bought in our online store.
The products must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of use.

If we do not have the design you have chosen or if it is cheaper, we shall return the money by bank transfer within 30 working days after the package you had returned was accepted, sending the money to the bank account you had used to make your payment. If the new product you have selected is more expensive than the one you had bought before, the lacking amount should be paid to the courier who will deliver your new goods.
Clients who live outside the territory of the Republic of Poland shall bear the costs resulting from sending the Product back to the Online Store.

1. RETURN IN LOCAL STORE
- Print the document which confirms your order or the invoice which was sent to the email address you specified during shopping.
- Return the product in “Ryłko” brick and mortar store, excluding outlet stores.

a. Click on the "REPORT PACZKOMAT" button and complete the form.
b. The print the return confirmation that you will receive by e-mail and attach it to the return package. Send the parcel at the nearest parcel locker. The generated return code is valid for 72 hours.
