Returns and Exchanges at Ryłko – Everything You Need to Know


Returns and exchanges apply only to products purchased from the official online store rylko.com.
We do not accept returns of items purchased from other stores, external platforms, or unauthorized points of sale.

If you purchased a product on rylko.com, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to take advantage of our convenient return or exchange options:

- Online exchange – always free of charge.

- Return to a physical Ryłko store – also free of charge.

- Return by courier (DPD) or InPost parcel locker – the cost of the first return request for a given order is only PLN 6.99.

These terms apply to orders delivered within Poland.

Important Information:

- Perfumes purchased at rylko.com cannot be exchanged. They can be returned within 30 days, provided that the packaging is unopened and undamaged. Please include a completed and signed return form and proof of purchase in the package.

- Returning multiple items? Place them in one package. If you want to return them separately, make sure to generate a separate return request for each shipment.


Exchange

Exchange Conditions:

The returned item must be unused. If possible, please return it in the original manufacturer's packaging. We also ask you to pack the items securely to avoid damage during transport.

Replacement items will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days via DPD courier. If multiple products are exchanged, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

If the desired model is unavailable or cheaper, we will refund the difference to the original payment account within 14 business days of receiving the returned package. If the replacement item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid to the DPD courier upon delivery.

The online store covers the shipping cost of the exchanged item to the customer.

1. DPD Courier Exchange

  1. Click REQUEST DPD EXCHANGE and complete the form (after logging in or using the no-login option).
  2. Include a note inside the package stating “EXCHANGE FOR ORDER [order number]”. The courier will collect the package the next business day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM with a pre-printed shipping label.

2. InPost Parcel Locker + DPD Exchange

  1. Click REQUEST INPOST PARCEL LOCKER + DPD EXCHANGE and complete the form.
  2. Include a note inside the package stating “EXCHANGE FOR ORDER [order number]”. You’ll receive a shipping code via SMS, email, or through the InPost app (in the "ZWRACAM" tab) within 30 minutes of submission. Drop off your package at any parcel locker within 14 days of receiving the code.

3. International Exchange

Customers outside Poland are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange.

Please send the items back to the company's main address provided in the form, along with a note explaining the exchange request.

The store will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item to the customer.

Return

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your purchased item. Below you’ll find all the necessary information to make your return quick and easy.

Return Conditions:

  • The returned product must be unused.
  • Please use the original packaging if possible.
  • Ensure the package is well protected to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive and approve the returned item.

1. Return at a Ryłko Physical Store – Free of Charge

  1. Prepare your order confirmation or invoice (either printed or digital – it was sent in an email titled “Order Ready to Ship”).
  2. Visit any official Ryłko store (excluding outlet locations) and return the product.

2. DPD Courier Return – One-Time Fee of PLN 6.99

  1. Click REQUEST DPD RETURN and fill in the form (log in or use the guest option).
  2. Include a note in the package stating: “RETURN FOR ORDER [order number]”.
  3. A DPD courier will collect the package on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The courier will bring the shipping label.
  4. The return shipping fee of PLN 6.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Note: This return fee applies only to orders placed from April 15, 2025. Returns of orders placed before this date remain free of charge.

3. InPost Parcel Locker Return – One-Time Fee of PLN 6.99

  1. Click REQUEST INPOST RETURN and complete the form (log in or continue as a guest).
  2. Include a note stating: “RETURN FOR ORDER [order number]”.
  3. You’ll receive a code via SMS, email, or in the InPost app (in the “ZWRACAM” tab) within 30 minutes.
  4. Drop off the package at any InPost parcel locker within 14 days of receiving the code.
  5. The return shipping fee of PLN 6.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Note: The fee applies only to orders placed from April 15, 2025. Returns of earlier orders are still free of charge.

4. Return by Courier at Your Own Cost

  1. Download and fill in the return form. Include it in your return package.
  2. Ship the package to:

  3. You are responsible for shipping costs and organizing the return shipment.
  4. We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages.

5. International Returns

  1. If you're returning a product from outside Poland, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
  2. Send the product to the company address provided in the return form, along with information about the return.
