R.FLY is an exceptionally light and resilient undersole made of EVA material. Offering sponge characteristics in the manufacturing process, the EVA material allows for easy sole moulding, guaranting its users extraordinary lightness and the highest comfort which result in ankle joint relief. What is more, R.Fly undersoles are stable and strong, keep the same shape and do not deform, and their smooth, non-porous surface is easy to care for.

R.FLEX is a shoe structure which makes the undersole more flexible, not compromising its stability. It is still stiff when it comes to the heel and mid-foot parts. Offering easy bending while moving, it ensures stability even if the shoes are heavily used.

R.FLEX+ is a shoe structure which offers outright flexibility. It characterises all the shoe elements - the materials used from the heel through the midfoot to the very tip of the toes are fully resilient and elastic. The shoe structure is strengthened in the areas where the pressure during walking is the greatest.

This solution has been developed to offer the highest possible comfort to the footwear users. The shoes have a foot liner with a latex insert beneath that goes from the heel to the pads at the base of the toes. These foot areas experience particularly high pressure when walking. In addition, latex – as a natural material – is much friendlier to the skin than more common and cheaper PU foam. Besides its hygiene benefits, latex is also very resistant to deformation even when used heavily. It soothes all vibrations effectively and guarantees high comfort no matter how long you wear your shoes.

An advanced technology made it possible to create flexible, vibration-damping heeltaps. Their hard core is covered with an elastic material and this combinations ensures both secure fixing to the heel and high wearing comfort. In addition, the soft outer finish effectively reduces the noise generated when walking.
